Terms (summary)
1. You confirm you own or have rights to the photos you submit.
2. We produce a cinematic AI walkthrough video from your photos. It is a cinematic walkthrough, not a 3D/Matterport reconstruction.
3. Your video is licensed to you for unlimited use, forever.
4. Marketing use: you grant Property Tour Videos a non-exclusive right to display the walkthrough video created for your order as an example of our work — on this website, in blog and social content, and in advertising. Ask support to opt out of future placements at any time.
5. Up to three free re-renders per order, requested from your portal. No cash refunds once rendering starts; full refund only if we fail to deliver a video at all.
6. Downloads: one-off orders stay downloadable for 6 months; plan customers keep access while their plan is active.
7. Music (when selected): licensed royalty-free; credit "Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), CC BY" where applicable.
