We produce cinematic AI-generated walkthrough videos from photographs you supply or from listing pages you direct us to. The output is a stylized cinematic video, not a survey, floor plan, 3D reconstruction, or factual representation of the property. Rooms may be depicted with generative motion; minor visual artifacts are inherent to the technology and are not defects.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAASCORE LLC, its owner, contractors, and suppliers from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your submitted content, your use of the deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.
On full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your delivered video for any lawful purpose. We retain the underlying production know-how. You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display videos created for your order as examples of our work — on our websites, content, social channels, and advertising. You may request removal from future placements by emailing support.
One-off order downloads remain available for 6 months from delivery. Plan customers retain access while their plan is active. We are not responsible for loss of files you failed to download within these windows.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME, INCLUDING FASTER SALES, HIGHER PRICES, MORE BOOKINGS, OR MORE LISTINGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; (b) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming, applying Wyoming law (excluding conflicts rules). YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Small-claims matters and IP injunctions are excepted. Any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to it or is permanently barred.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for breach, abuse, fraud risk, or unlawful use. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here; continued use after posting is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
