What we collect

• Order data: name, email, property photos and listing links you submit, order options, and payment status.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages) for security and operations.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your walkthrough video (photos are processed by our AI rendering providers for this purpose only).
• To operate your account and portal, send transactional emails, and provide support.
• With your agreement at checkout, to display finished walkthrough videos as marketing examples.
• To send marketing emails if you opt in — every one carries an unsubscribe link that works.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the Service: payment processing (Stripe), AI video rendering (fal.ai), database and storage (Supabase, our servers), email delivery, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Retention

Videos and source photos: 6 months for one-off orders; while your plan is active for plan customers; then deleted from active storage. Order and billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (we retain what the law requires us to keep).

Your rights

Depending on your state (including California CCPA/CPRA rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@propertytourvideos.com — we respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.

Security and children

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS); access is restricted and credentialed. No online service is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
